Marshmallow is committed to providing high-quality beds designed for comfort and durability. We stand by our products and are pleased to offer a three-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

 

Warranty Coverage

 

This warranty covers:

  • Structural defects in the bed frame, including joints, slats, and support beams.
  • Manufacturing faults in the mattress, such as sagging beyond normal wear (greater than 2 inches).
  • Defects in the fabric or stitching that affect functionality.

 

Exclusions

 

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including softening of the mattress over time.
  • Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions.
  • Stains, spills, or damage caused by liquids, including but not limited to water and bodily fluids.
  • Beds used for commercial purposes unless otherwise stated.
  • Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized persons.

 

Making a Claim

 

To make a warranty claim, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  • A description of the defect, including photos where applicable.
  • Your contact details and order number.

Claims should be submitted via hello@mymarshmallow.co.uk or by calling 0330 120 2125. Our team will assess the claim and determine whether the issue falls under warranty coverage.

 

Returning unwanted goods

 

In the unlikely event that you wish to return goods purchased from Marshmallow, please make sure to keep the original packaging. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds if the original packaging is not received.

 

Mattresses

 

We are unable to refund or exchange mattresses or mattress toppers unless they are faulty, due to hygiene reasons. If you wish to return an unwanted mattress that hasn't been opened, used, or damaged, a collection charge of £60.00 will apply. This amount will be deducted from any refund we process. The charge covers the expense of carefully transporting such heavy items. For this reason, we encourage you to consider these potential charges before making your purchase.

 

Returning your goods

 

Once you have received your goods, you will have 30 working days to decide whether to keep the items or return them for a refund or exchange. This complies with the legal obligations set by the European Directive on distance selling, which is incorporated into UK law through the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. These regulations give our customers the unconditional right to cancel their orders within 30 working days of delivery without providing a reason.

If you choose to return an unwanted bed, a charge of £60.00 will apply. This amount will be deducted from any refund we process. Transporting large goods is costly for us, and we encourage customers to be fully aware of these potential charges before placing an order.
