How your order will be delivered

Having learned from past experience, we do NOT rely on mainstream national couriers for the majority of our items. Instead, we are fortunate to have a specialist furniture delivery company as a sister company. This means your items are delivered to your home by a team of two trained furniture delivery professionals.

They will carefully deliver your goods to the room of your choice. With great care and attention, our professional delivery teams ensure your items are handled with the utmost respect. This also provides peace of mind for our customers, knowing that experts will take the hassle out of getting your items to the room(s) where they are needed.

 

What is the delivery costs?

Free Room of Choice Delivery: 5-10 Working Days

Order Processing Time: 1-2 Working Days

Our Delivery Process

  1. Once you place your order, it is processed by our order management team and sent to our factory floor for production.
  2. Your order is carefully manufactured by our skilled craftsmen in our state-of-the-art factory.
  3. After production, your order is handed over to our in-house delivery team.
  4. Our delivery team will email and text you to confirm the delivery date.
  5. They will then send another email and text with a specific time slot for your delivery on the confirmed date.
  6. Finally, your order is delivered by our expert delivery crew to the room of your choice, with a 1-hour pre-call prior to delivery.

 

Important Delivery Information

All deliveries are made to the room of choice at the designated delivery address only. If you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery crew will only go as far as the third floor unless there is a lift or another automatic means of access to your floor.

 

Recycling of Items

We offer the removal of packaging and disposal of old products as an additional service. If you would like to take advantage of this service, please speak to one of our Marshmallow Sleep Experts. All goods that are to be disposed of or recycled are thoroughly checked by our expert staff. If they are in good condition following a deep clean, they will be donated to various UK charities.

 

When Accepting your Delivery

Our Delivery Crews will deliver your goods to the room of choice. If the product is in good condition, you will be required to sign the Delivery Crew's Proof of Delivery. If the product is severely damaged, please mark the Proof of Delivery as “Damaged” and refuse the goods. If the damage is minimal and you are willing to accept a compensation amount, please sign the Proof of Delivery as “Damaged Received”.

 

Damage in Transit

If your furniture sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer's defect, you must inform our Marshmallow Sleep Experts within 24 hours of receiving the goods, either by phone or email at hello@mymarshmallow.co.uk.

 

Missing Items

If any items you have ordered are missing from your delivery, you must inform our Marshmallow Sleep Experts within 24 hours of receiving the goods, either by telephone or email at hello@mymarshmallow.co.uk.

 

We Strongly Recommend

Sometimes, situations arise with deliveries being delayed that are beyond our control. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you do not dispose of your old bed or mattress until you have received your new items and have checked them for any damage.

 

To Prevent Credit Card Fraud

Marshmallow (or any of its representatives) reserves the right to refuse or seek confirmation in the form of I.D. from the cardholder for goods to be delivered to an address other than the payment cardholder's registered billing address. Please expect to be contacted by our Marshmallow Sleep Experts if you enter a delivery address that differs from the billing address; this is standard practice.
